Day 1: I'm Back

Hi Everyone,

I forgot that after two weeks of busines travel, we had family weddings to attend, so I needed to take another week for those events. They ended yesterday and today I was back on a fast. During the last month I also had a doctor appointment and got weighed - 203. So at least I now have a measurable beginning weight.

I hopt to stay on this fast for at least 21 days, and an additional week if poosible, but I'm not sure because after 21 days I'm back at business travel. So we'll see.

Have been trying to catch up on reading all the posts and they're pretty inspiring! Tweet
