The more I talk with MH, the more I read of Book One and with each passing day really seeing what this body is saying, or not saying, the more jazzed I become with finding MH and the works.
I spent he last couple of years making what you all are calling "no crash" smoothies..really yummy, way yummy, fruit based smoothies jazzed up with herbs, fresh made almond milk, maybe some raw cacao..whtever..goji berries, Noni..lots of the "Superfoods" out there. Two of those per day, (32 oz) and I could go forever.
The past three months, before MH, I intuitively just started cutting back on quantity and today I can not even consume one of those babies...way too much food for me.
some days I just sip a little juice and a little light fresh green drink..total 16 oz and supercharged all day. So, I'm not sure whats up or where it is all leading. But soon I'll take on the 40 day.
