This stuff has been going on for years and years. It goes back to operation paper clip where the vatican actually smuggled top level nazi doctors and scientists into the US in the 1945, called the "vatican ratline". The "american" CIA actually also took alot of these guys in. Have a look at a guy named "Reinhart Galen the CIA and the nazis.

In the US they started with MK Ultra and today they have got things which would most likely shock us. This is all from fascist scientist/doctors re-search.
