Re: So you have nothing!

I think I stated that site affinity is to be expected and I do not disagree with you there.

- "the only logical explanation is the one provided by evolution"

Not really... it is one of many interpretations of the data (a great deal of evolutionary "data" is an interpretation) by "some", not "all" scientists.

Here is info on plants...

You really should do some reading on pleomorphism and bacteria and/or viruses. In fact, include Endogenous RetroViruses in your search. perhaps you will learn something and expand your thinking out of the box.

Quite honestly, the pleomorphic behavior of a bacteria or virus is a simple change in the protein action\response of the bacteria\virus, which occurs all of the time.

There are some great papers on bacterial pleomorphism and cancer...

There are some who believe, and have published convincing papers on the subject that HIV is, or is initiated by, an endogenous retrovirus. This could occur through pleomorphism and/or environmental stressors, including diet that will turn off or on specific genes... as has been shown in recent research.

None of your suppositions support evolution. As I have stated before, the truth lies between evolution and creation. It is clear as the nose on one's face. Creation, in that ALL of the conditions for life have been met and were\are in line, AND evolution (adaptation is a better word IMO) in that, ALL adaptations to food sources and environment are possible providing for the diversity observed in any widespread species.

Using "genetics" as proof in evolutionary Science is seriously flawed IMO, due to the pleomorphic behavior observed by many cells (protein coding), including bacteria and viruses.

Indeed, the genome itself is able to switch gene activity on or off based upon environmental conditions, this being an adaptive response and a morph which is passed on to the future generations if the individual is reproductively viable.

I would appreciate it if you would approach this with a more open mind... it seems to me, you have dug a hole and are comfortable in it. Pleomorphism and genetic switches that can be turned on or off, require a different approach.

Beauchamp was way ahead of his time. It is unfortunate for the world of science, he was not seriously taken as much of its medical and evolutionary "theory" is based upon a false idea of "genetics", the fatally flawed germ theory, etc.
