Dang dental costs!!!!

How do you know if you're getting hosed by your dentist? I just got an estimate from a dentist on how much it will be to fix my teeth, and it just didnt sound right. Yeah, i do need a lot of work done, but goodness. Should i just go get a second opinion? Do all dentists have to charge the same fee? Tweet
