heart murmurs??

im not sure if you guys know what im talking about, but some of my friends do.. so maybe you guys do? i think these are called heart murmurs.. you feel your heart like.. skipping a beat? or doing something funny.. i did The Master Cleanse for a day once and started getting a bunch of these.. this isnt normal is it? i think i'll just go on with the liver cleanse. i doubt the other thing is good for me..
