Has anybody actually seen the official GAO report? I can't find a real web site that's published the official document. Therefore, its hard not to treat it as hearsay. If I could see the report, it would be interesting to see how they prove the samples came from the chaff. So many times "ground samples" are not reliable. I suspect this to be the case also.
Also, chaff isn't a chemtrail by the hobbyist's own definition. I would agree it's pollution and probably not something healthy in a residential environment, but its periodic existence during training exercises isn't proof of a global Conspiracy of aerosol spraying to poison the public.
