oh, in the past 3 weeks, i Completely cut out alcohol & coffee. (god, i miss coffee!) also, i lowered my Sugar & sodium intake, drank green & white teas about 3 - 4 times a day, ate a ton of veggies (especially onions, tomatoes, broccoli, and eggplant), plus i took a B vitamin & fish oil (omega 3) supplements. all my supplements are dye & preservative-free because of my sensitivities. finally, before i went to bed, i would sit in front of a steam to soften up my face, with some lavender & calendula essential oils.
as you can see, i was Desperate to get better! now i have baby skin, including on my lips. YAY!!!
