Re: How about garlic oil?

Thanks Laura,

Here where I live (Mideast) you can get all sorts of different oils at the store, from a very reputable company. I recently bought chamomile oil for my hair and found that only one application spruced it up; a subsequent application of mustard oil has left my hair shiny and slippery-silky. I'm also trying out the no-shampoo thing too which I think is helping. Incidentall a SMALL splash (1/4 tsp) of mustard oil in Indian-style food is very delicious and clears the sinuses.

So anyway, I was quite excited about all the oils at the store and now have heard about this oil pulling thing and now I feel like a kid in an ice cream shop; so many oils to try! But I'll try mixing the garlic oil with other oils and see how that goes.

UZ
