did you catch the one radio program where dr flechas talks about his mother who stopped sweating and then died of cancer? Iodine is what allows you to sweat. 20% of the Iodine in a fully sufficient person is in the skin.

about supplements, sometimes its simply the fact that you cant cure one deficincy without creating another. Iodine is a rare exception. and the other amino acids and various molecules lining the HFS shelves. most of them dont work. they are not the problem. one doesnt suddenly develope a deficiency to vitamin A or taurine or any of that. find the reason the body isnt working like it should to begin with. usually its diet, which one usually needs a whole lot less of.

i was in walmart yesterday and thought about getting some potassium tablets there. they had propylene glycol in the tablet along with other junk too, some stearate and calcium something or another. WTF????? antifreeze? they must think people will take anything and never read. its a total scam.
