I wanted to share something I have experienced lately. Since I started doing the baths for over a year now, the one thing I have not really done was concentrate on the head area, even though that had been a problem spot for me.
My hopes were that as long as I soaked most of my body, the head area would clear up too. It did clear quite a bit but now I realize that I have more work to.
My reason for not soaking my head is because of the strong solutions I used in the bath and how hard they are on my hair. I decided to lower the amounts and try soaking everything except my face. Even my ears were soaked but I did not turn my head sideways so the water would not go way down into my ear canal.
I could tell I really needed to do this. My eyes turned bright red, an ever so slight headache, minor sinus drainage and such. You could almost feel the acids being pulled out and going into the lymph system. I'm kinda glad I didn't allow the bath solution to go deep into my ears because I'm sure I would have ended up with an earache.
I thought since the rest of my body felt very well that my head area was the same. I know better now and will continue to do this about 1x a week and see if the symptoms slowly go away. I'm thinking about lowering the amounts even more so I don't look like I have pink eye afterwards.
There were actually tell tell signs that I ignored. Like when I used a good liquid alkalizing peppermint soap to wash my hair with. I had stopped using it because it caused pimples on my scalp. Silly me, I should have realized that thoses pimples were a sign that I had too much acid in my head. Instead, I complained about it and stopped using the soap for shampoo.
