Last week I completed a 5 day fast and then made the decision to break for two weeks because I was going to be out of town on business on and off for two weeks.
While in this feeding period, I've tried to keep my daily food intake to a minimum and my clothes are showing it. In fact, I've been doing intermitant mini one-two day fasts during this period. Clothing that used to tug (down/closed/etc) is now looking pretty large on me, and that makes me feel great.
My last business meal for this period will be this coming Wednesday, and I'll be starting a new long fast Thursday, Friday or Saturday, depending on a couple of other factors.
