Re: What juices are good for inflammation/infection

Consider also that inflammation/infection needs alkalizing: there is a "terrain" issue; and the terrain is acidic. Look at the whole picture, more than crises management.

Look at alkalizing diet...and don't underestimate plain water; and oregano oil.
(in toothpick-sized doses) But read up...

The simple.
then look into re-mineralization, the natural way--via food as medicine.
it always goes back to cleansing, elimination of toxicity
and re-mineralization--which all together sorts out the body's pH.

edit:
I think much money is wasted on supplementing a body that instinct would say is in need of sloughing off--long before it's capable of building up:if indeed half the supplements that might help are even assimilable.

Much has been healed by simply water fasting--or, maybe even a very minimal (diluted)juice fast with the idea of eliminating poisons. The body can do so much more, when we give it space...More people are poisoned with excess (in the west) than are in need of supplements of any kind. After cleansing, many are capable of getting what they need from the food, which will now be treated more as medicine.

just a thought.

best
