Day 9. . .yes!


I never thought I'd get here but day 9 yay! Fri is day 10 and this will be the first time since Nov 07. But my goal is 21 but now I'm thinkin 30. Ill see as I creep to 21st day. Been doing about 45mins exercise at the gym 3-4x a week. Lifting dumbells. Might start squats though.

Even though I'm far from my end date I been trying to determine how I'm going to re-feed myself. Its going to be 5-7day process. Been reading on raw foods, but idk.....let me knw what yall think
