Seasilver safe?

I'm looking for a liquid type of supplement of vitamins and minerals, since I found a "whole" vitamin tablet that I eliminated in the toilet! Has anyone used Seasilver? I'm hestitating because of the ingredient phenylalanine - isn't that a dangerous ingredient that's used in artificial sweeteners? I'm confused! Also, how can the silver in it be non-metallic? I have several mercury fillings and don't want any more metals in my system. More confusion!
