Re: hi everyone
Hi Michael,
i'm glad to hear from you, and happy you got some rest. It's good that you check in, to let us know how you are---as for the rest, pfft, as they say. You've contributed much in these past days--brought lots of light and loving kindness to this forum. That's all good news about the neck and the absent clicks! A definite sign of progress, it seems to me.
If they go, i wonder if they are gone for good? I have a dull 'clop' in one knee i don't hear but feel, that's been there for about a year or so i'd really like to part with! and a feeling of sand where the skull joins the neck.
You aren't talking about being hungry, so it sounds as though you're not finished yet. "Feeble" is just part of the journey, don't you think? Imagine how wonderful: that you will return to feeling strong in very little time, while some others (actual old men and the very sick)will only carry on feeling feeble.
It sounds much better than, say, complete prostration. What day is this by the way?, (if you get the energy to reply). And how much water are you drinking now?
stay warm and keep the faith,
Chiron
