I'm glad you mentioned this. I don't usually watch this kind of stuff, I find it painful, as I found this painful.
I think it's important to point out this this guy is using a number of therapies, most of them quite controvesial, unproven, and largely rejected through experience by most of the reputable lyme docs out there. But by using so many attempts at healing earlier, it's difficult to say what's what.
He mentions hyper-coagulation as the reason for his cold hands and feet, cold extemities are common but generally due to ms type symptoms. In some people with lyme, there does seem to be some "thickening" of the blood but at this point no one knows why, only guesses. As he has coinfections as well as lyme, it's impossible to say what's causing what.
The idea of "toxins" is a notion that has swept the alternative world and again, unless there are very specific markers, toxins are processed by bodies quite effectively.
Also, perhaps most important, it is to remember or to know, that lyme and coinfections, especially babesia, are relapsing, remitting diseases so people get better or worse without intervention at all. Unfortunately, it kills if not treated properly in some cases so all these alternatives ideas in this video could be very dangerous to some people.
Clearly, this guy is well versed. He knows that Dr. Shoemaker has lost his MD license in the past, he knows that Fry labs are controversial, and so on. That's not the case the for everyone. I truly wish this lymie good luck and hope he finds something that works for him.
Also, I don't understand the speaking comment. People who get certain symptoms that mimic certain neuro diseases, such as ALS, Parkinsons's and so on, tend to have more difficulty with speech. "Lyme fog" makes it hard in other ways.
