Re: Hi everyone!
i will send you fearless thoughts and all good prayers: am just going to do some practise after this post.
Traditional wisdom has it that you don't break a fast when you feel awful, so maybe hang in there, and you will pass this particular gate. Remember, you will bulk up nicely. not to worry. One of *my* ideas is that I won't look at myself too much when I do one of these water fasts.
Thanks for that lovely trip to the jam jar, you invoke it well. yes, the image was just hanging in my mind in relation to you--something about it being soothing and calming. About the nettle broth:
this is funny--my birthday falls during National Be kind to nettles week in the UK.
(though I'm in Canada)I thought that was delightful. You might be able to get them at a health food store. That's what I do, just the leaf, in bulk, and infuse it like a tea with a tiny bit of
Sea Salt , when you come off this ...you might really love it.
As you may know, Milarepa lived on nettles for years while he meditated. It sounds as though you would resonate with him.
Has your hunger returned, or is this just a place of challenge? Let us know in a while...i will look back in: you are a great inspiration to me these last few days, and feel very dear.
