Honestly, not to be rude but who cares. Any one who is on this forum knows in their own experience that MH's methods work. And if they don't find MH's methods work for them, they go to another forum. This guy is just getting info shock. It's the phrase I use for people who come across information that is just so opposite to what they believe, that they go into shock about it and MUST attack it. That is exactly what happened to me when I first ran into MH's writings, they scared the crap out of me. "FASTING!?! BUT...YOU NEED TO EAT WHEN YOU'RE SICK!?!
