Um, Did Humble say he was a "water chemist?" What is that? Also, the word chemist implies one has some understanding of chemistry.

He was also clearly confused between chlorine the element (Cl) and chlorine (Cl2).

He so much wants proof of some reaction between the bad stuff and the good stuff so he wants to be able to say the chlorides must be a result of a reaction between the two. Did he ever give up on this notion? Oh boy, and people are following him like a cult leader. Yikes.
