Thank you, north star, for talking to him and his IMO comments. I’ve read several years ago about the fermentation helping with diabetes never got much with it..but without other have to do stuff…nothing much works…and I’ve been able to keep mine normal for years with diet….accept for the last fewww months. Been working on my liver more.. seems to have been the major problem….
Don’t worry about posting perfectly…when we get around to it -we’ll get to it- can‘t stay on here all the time.. My back been out for about a month (car wreck-years ago) getting back to normal now..so lots to do won’t be on here as much soon…HOPEFULLY SAID...
I’ll stay with the protocols I’m currently using…mine was down to 143 this morning..(not taking any meds=never have) so it is working..and no un normal spikes after meals…so in a couple weeks or less I”ll be under 120. And my wife and I ate at a great family owned Mexican restaurant for lunch --grrreat food--a favorite of ours about every three weeks and a small eat out for dinner yesterday, Saturday …and my numbers still fell this monrning…YAAA! and I’m eating a lot of fresh fruit….cherries, grapes, peaches, melon, nectarines so not bad at all…YAAA! But we can’t eat out much…it is a health looser ..if you have the time …eat at a good homemade style restaurant…when u do …good food and slower pace ENJOYMENT that‘s healthy too...a pleasant meal and laughts.
