Well I have been fasting now for 5 days - 1st day I had to drink diet drinks but found out that this is so not recommended but it helped me. I even had tea on the 1st day. The 2nd day I still had tea but had no desire for diet drinks - in fact it tasted like metal so I just naturally didn't want it. Day 3 just water and day 4 (really bad day) I drank just water but wanted to eat everything. Weighed myself on this day and that cheered me up - 7lbs off! Dropped a dress size too. So that has motivated me for today (day5) I am really feeling the cold today so - I've been drinking hot water with lemon - nice for a change. Tip stick lemon in microwave for 10 secs and then squeese - you end up with loads more lemon. Anyway, all of the above worked for me. I have had loads of energy apart from day 1 and 4.
