Re: Michael l432000 how are you doing?

Hi chirontherainbowbridge, lovely name.

Thank you so much for your post, it gave me such a beautiful feeling. I’m experiencing such sweet and loving feelings this morning, which are spreading out towards you and your partner and all the other wonderful souls on this forum.

I’m feeling great this morning. My wrists and hands have come back to life. The stiffness and those annoying clicking sounds have completely gone except for one finger, which I still can’t bend properly. In fact all my joints feel much better as well as the ligaments and muscle tissue around those bone spurs.

Although this has happened in such a short time, I should point out that I have been eating extremely healthily for around 2 months since I realised I was dealing with some serious health problems. I’ve been ignoring joint problems for several years now just hoping they would go away, he he.

I cut out my lovely bread and all gluten products completely and have been eating loads of watercress, cucumber, carrots, cherries, apricots, nuts and raisins etc, with mainly tofu and boiled potatoes for a main meal. And for some strange reason, despite not drinking any milk, I have been eating strawberries with extremely generous portions of clotted cream. Maybe I needed that for the calories and also it is not acid forming.

And despite having such a heavily loaded carbohydrate diet I did also use to eat some good food too. Carrot and parsley juice, glasses of water with lemon and olive oil, nuts and dried fruit etc.

Problem was I have suffered with long spells of feeling really tired and low during which the whole day might have been spent drinking tea and eating only carbohydrates.

I think you’re right about the acid, but I am going to reply to that on one of your previous posts.

Personally, and this is for me only, I don’t feel I need a doctor to supervise me. I prefer to rely on my own intuitive feelings. And anyway, with fantastic souls like Chrisb1 around to help, I don’t feel I need any professional medical advice.

Have a lovely day Chiron.

Sweet feelings from Michael.
