today is day 4 and im doing good, all my hungry is basically gone. i know most of you have extensive fasting experience and i was wondering if anyone who did a 30 day or 40 day fast actually kept the weight off? i know you need to eat very healthy afterwards and pick-up your metabolism but i already plan on doing that!! does this mean i will be able to keep the weight off???
i wanna know who has lost weight from fasting, how much, and how much they either gained back or kept off after there fasts -- be they 10,30,40 day fasts. what prrogram did you use to refeed yourself?! i wish to follow it to the T! please -- i am very curious! or any friends you may know who have fasted and has successful permanent weight loss?
