I have a raw yogurt mid-day, and some soaked raw nuts.

1 pinch Epson slat, 1 tb BSM, 1-5 tb lime water, half lemon. I make three drinks like this and take them to work and drink throughout day (I have small jar frontier kelp in office).

Where your problem may be comming from may be in the Lack of Quality of the foods you have been eating?
The Brix of apples needs to be above 14 just to be considered Good !
And Grapes above 16 Brix !
The brix of Vegetables like Green beans Min 8 Brix, Carrots Min 12 brix, Sweet potatoes 10 Brix, Cabbage 10 brix, Broccoli 10 brix Minimun just to be considered Good Quality, not Top Quality !
When the foods we eat are of such Poor Quality, they cannot supply our bodys with what our bodys need to stay healthy !
The Nitrogen in these foods has not been able to Completely Complex into True proteins, thus we get too much NPN !
These Poor Quality foods do not have enough Complexed Live Carbons needed to Stablize our bodys !
Thus our Thyroid and other Glands may not be able to Function as they should !
Thus when one starts out too Fast with the Moreless Protocol as you have, our bodys cannot handle the added Release of so much Electro-magnetic Energy being Released into our body and many Different reactions may come about, until our body is able to handle this added Electro-magnetic Energy release !
Our Endocrine Glands may react in Different ways as they are waking up from going so Long in Lacking the needed Electro-magnetic Energy, which may be supplied by this Protocol !
Thus for those having problems, they need to slow down with the amounts and allow the Different Sick and Diseased organs of our body time to Heal themself, before trying to put a Full Load on them and expect them to perform without any problems !
Good Quality Kelp may be very Powerful and if our Organs are not used to the amount of Electro-magnetic Energy they may Release for the body, they may have trouble keeping up !

Answer: May I suggest again that along with taking more Kelp, one may need more Calcium & Magnesium to go along with what the kelp supplies? And if one takes more kelp and has a shortage of Calcium & Magnesium one may experience the problems you have mentioned !
As most folks are 1st too short of needed Calcium and magnesium, this problem may show it's self more if one does not learn to supply it to our bodys !
Cause and Effect !
Edit: You can find out if the kelp is adding to your problem by stopping taking it for a while and see if the problems go away and or by trying another Variety of kelp and see if you have the same problems? Thus you do not have to be in the dark about "WHY" ! Learn to Listen to what your own body has to tell you about what you take !
As an added note if you are Steaming your Vegetables and pouring the water down the Drain, then you are Lossing what Alkaline Minerals they may have had?
