Re: Sunlight isn't feasible where I live

OK, I saw the URL, but what I'm seeking is an URL advising what one should do when one's blood calcium ranges between 9.8 - 10.4, while Vitamin D3 levels are low.

BTW, I'd had the Vitamin D3 blood test taken months ago, whereupon I'd searched & searched the www for info. relating to my situation (i.e. high calcium - low D3), but came up with nothing.

Would I be helped if I take say, 2000 IU D3 plus 400 mg magnesium per day? Would the D3 be absorbed properly if I have a congested liver that's 70% functional? Would tablets be absorbed just as well as capsules, particularly since I have leaky gut and sick liver?
