Today seems okay with the fasting. No cravings or major hunger. I'm also getting my period, which should help me shed some more water weight.
Not sure how much longer I can do this fast in the sense that over the weekend I'll be with family who will be eating a lot and then I have 1.5 weeks of business travel and I won't be able to fast again until July 24th.
So the real question that only I can answer I guess is whether I break my fast tomorrow morning or whether I break it Tuesday morning. And thoughts, advice or suggestions?
