If you're talking about a liver flush, there is a protocol to follow. It's important to take something, there are numerous options, to relax and open the bile ducts in order for the stones to pass. If you don't do that you won't get results and it actually could be quite dangerous. Think of it as putting pressure on a hose full of rocks. The hose could "bust"! Not that your liver would "bust", but you could get a stone stuck in a bile duct and I hear that is painful. I've done several Liver Flushes with success and am happy to say have never gotten a stone stuck.
