Hi I have just joined this site. I have started my fast today and feeling good apart from headaches from about 3pm today. Even felt ok when cooking for my 1 year old. The longest I have fasted has been 7 days. I would love to do more this time but I am saying 5 days to start with and see how it goes. My aim is to lose weight after having a baby I really haven't shifted my baby weight. I also feel that I need to detox as I have been feeling lazy lately and sluggish. I watched a guys 21 fast on utube and he recommends this site so that is why I'm here. Reckon I will need support too. Any advise appreciated.
