Here is my Update

So I know its been over a few months but this is what Ive learned. As I finished school a few months back my lips right away went normal. The cheilitis was reduced in its severity. This had me thinking it was stress amplified. So I spent 5 weeks in Italy, and my cheilitis problem basically was non existent. Then I had an exam at the end and it came back real bad. As soon as the exam ended I went traveling throughout europe and went down to morocco, the entire problem went away 100%. This was attributed to the humidity, sun, and heat in general. I didnt have the condition, not even one second. I then contonued on to another very hot and humid place for a week and the same, no problems. Afterwards, I travelled to a colder climate and it came back, not bad, but enough for me to notice it. I am now home and have realized that on the hotter days it does not bother me nor peel. The peel is thinner and almost non existant. The colder days it is the opposite.

This is what I have leanred. I do not speak of a cause here or cure but I speak of exacerbations. The heat helps greatly, stress does not. Cold climates are also bad. In the dead of the winter here my lips are so bad I can barely talk. For example, last winter I had severe problems and travelled to an island for a break and the problem also went away.

So, for me, I may oneday find myself living in a hotter climate, everyone is different, but these are my experiences from trial and error and are quite accurate. Hope this info helps someone out there.
