Re: Disappointed with PBC cleanse
I've never done a P & B cleanse but I have done plenty of cleanses and currently starting another. I had profound success with drnatura cleanse last year and the year prior to that. I saw the mucoid plaque and plenty of
parasites within five days of use. Sort of spooky. I decided to use up the
Clarkia I had in the cupboard and have been taking it for a week. I also bought a box of threelac for candida although nothing dramatic happening I do see some results expelling. I take
coffee enemas and apple cider vinager enemas periodically too.
Not everybody will respond the same way to products but the drnatura seems to have success with many people. Myself included. I just wanted to use up the
Clarkia for two or three weeks before ordering paranil and keritea. I have containers of colonix fiber in the cupboard and I started taking some of that today.
I like doing a major cleanse annually anywhere from one to three months since I have not been diligent with food intake and I live in Orange County, CA which is very smoggy compared to some other locals in the nation. I just think living in today's age we are exposed to so many toxins and I'd rather elimate them through enemas,
parasite cleanse and clean eating (organic, juices, vegi's, fruits, raw)
for a month, or two or three to be safe.
What really suprised me about the drnatura program is that there was so much gunk coming out of me. I've been cleansing and pretty clean living (no drugs, alcohol, smoking, red meats) for over twenty years and I really didn't think there was that much to expel. Geez, was I wrong.
I think most of us are carrying
parasites and mucoid plaque and if one product doesn't produce results I suggest trying another. Drnatura cost about $80. for a month's worth of product and it is very simple. Worth a shot if you can afford it.
