Welcome to the club! I've had this problem since my son was born 10 yrs ago. It felt like he sat on my bladder the entire pregnancy (that is, when he wasn't trying to burrow under my ribs!) Anyway, I figure things aren't exactly where they used to be, although nothing has come up during my annual pelvic exams.
I have noticed that drinking pleny of water and cutting back on caffeine has reduced the urgent feeling. I am a recovering Mountain Dew addict so I limit myself to one a day and don't drink any caffeinated beverages in the evening. Exercise also helps; walking, kegel's, yoga.
Despite all this, there are still times when I have to cross my legs and scoot to the lavatory.
