I have been drinking the P&B shakes but they are making me constipated. I am a vegan, have been drinking profuse amounts of water (I drank 120 oz of water yesterday which is equivalent to my body weight) and eating organic vegetables and fruits. Is there anything else than can be taken orally to replace the psyllium? I am wondering if crushed flax seeds will do the same job as the psyllium? Or can the Bentonite be taken alone? Any other ideas excluding colonics and enemas? Thank-you for your feedback.
