Re: With all due respect, it is hard to eat a healthy vegan diet

Give Thanks for your heartfelt post and your personal point of view. As you well know we all have person point of views let me once again express mine so that you will fully understand my position. My concern as a Raw Food Consultant is not how One feels about saving animals from death in order to eat Raw Food as a way of life. My concern is individual personal Raw Food Journeys.

First of all if this forum is not for those who want or need support for THEIR diet choice of eating Raw Food...what is it for? For those who sit back and await for a poor Set to come along so they can say "Ah-ha, I told you so you need meat and dairy or you will die!" I am sorry but that is not the spirit from which I come. I believe that we all are FREE to make our choices as we see fit and that IN THIS CASE IN PARTICULAR...I will say it again for those who are hard of reading and complete comprehension...NONE OF US HAS ENOUGH INFORMATION ON SET'S DIET TO JUMP ON ANY BANDWAGON AND HOOP AND HOLLER ABOUT WHAT SET NEEDS TO EAT TO REMEDY SET'S PROBLEM...period. I think I have said this throughout this thread several times and maybe one person got it. If only one may there be more.

So what you are telling me is that this forum is not really to support those of us who want to LEARN more and get and give SUPPORT from one another...but it is a forum that is vunerable to attack from all well meaning meateaters who feel that meat eating is the only way to eat and they have a right to do the I told you so's. Eventhough there are knowlegeable Raw Fooders who do have the ability to guide and refer when someone needs help. Power and Control at it's finest.

With respects to all those meateaters who want to dissway Raw Fooders from THEIR OWN PERSONAL RAW FOOD JOURNEY, I will become a regular member of this forum and I offer my services for questions and concerns to those who in fact want optimum health. Optimum health regardless of whether they want to save the animals while doing it or just because they no longer want meat and dairy in their diets.

Raw Fooders if you have any questions regarding your diet I will be more then grateful to assist you in anyway that I can. Contact me through this forum. Send me a private message. I know that we all start from many different directions when start or even maintain this journey. I have had my own ups and downs and have been indeed grateful for the support I have recieved along the way. Most of all I am willing to give back to the Raw Food community every chance I can.

I am not an expert in vegetarianism. In fact I was the fattest most unhealthest vegetarian I know. I do have a few years experience as a VEGAN Raw Food Chef and Private Consultant and very health now thank you. I do know enough to know that their are meat eaters are always houvering over Raw Fooders like buzzards waiting to smell decomp so they can stuff the idea or actual meat and dairy down their throats without the first clue as to what that would do to the Raw Fooder. Suggesting that tidbit to a Raw Fooder who does not have enough information about their journey...IS DEADLY. I warn you and at the same time ask you to please take caution on what you say going on not having enough information about the person you call yourselves helping. You WILL cause more harm then good because of your lack of information.

DQ respectfully your lack of knowledge comes in the fact that you are refering Raw Fooders as vegetarians...we are VEGANS. You do not know who you are addressing. Each One teach One. Raw Fooders eat vegetables, fruits, sprouted grains and nuts. We are Vegans.

Raw Fooders never give up. Unite and Support!!!
