Re: Severe Symptoms, need opinions on job stress.
It is very difficult to advise as I am not in a face-to-face relationship with you. But I suggest you look at some options and don't make hasty decisions. I don't know, but has your boss a superior? Is he responsible to anybody else. In that case you could complain about his behaviour and lack of management skills to his superior and about the damage he does to the store. If he mistreats you you could even threaten him with legal action against him and the owner of the store.
If he however he is the owner this makes it a little more difficult.
But I suggest that you study our self-help psychotherapy course which includes an Assertiveness Training Program. You'll find a summary at:
Summary of Self-help Pyschotherapy at:
It starts off with a consideration of the self-image and then moves on to how to manage and react to other people. This course needs to be studied and practised in private, BEFORE you apply it in real life. The Assertiveness Training Course contains strategies that needs to be learned and practised in private mental exercise, so they become a habit. Don't use it before you are trained.
