There are still somethings I am not exactly sure of though in this style of medicine. How modern foods apply, like icecream, chocolate, hamburgers and such. So I will stick with the food/preperation that the chinese were more likely to eat 1000 years ago. I will also stick to other modalities of healing I have personally experienced as having very dramatic results. IE food combining, and raw juicing, going to bed early, getting sunshine, and .... especially raw green apple juice.
I used to think that the raw diet was the way to go, but now that I have changed my approach to health. Which is to see how I react, how I experience, what I desire... and what I witness in nature. This appears falls in line with the eastern approaches. So if my body says it likes cooked carrots, then I will eat cooked carrots. Who am I to judge?
