Re: Question for the experienced ones here

Hello chocolatecake

Yes that was rather insensitive of me re' ending your fast on fruit juices that contain sugars, as most microorganisms, including Candida, live on sugar. The more Sugar they get, the more they propagate. The problem is that everything turns to Sugar except protein, and even juice fasting supplies sugars to the blood.

Water fasting (for long enough) is the absolute solution, but a seven day fast is very limited in expecting it to relieve Candida completely. Ideally a fast should be at least of a medium length, to correct this health problem, followed by a restricted juice fast using green leafy vegetables, garlic, carrots, beets and apples will also help in continuing the healing through boosting the immune system.

In due course, and after introducing raw vegetables, the constipation should resolve itself with sufficient roughage to stimulate bowel action naturally.
