no B12 in mushrooms

no, mushrooms do not contain B12. however mushrooms cultivated on manure may contain small amounts of B12 IF and only IF you do not wash them. the B12 is actually in the dirt (and traces of manure) on the mushroom, its not in the mushroom itself. so get dirty mushrooms and dont wash them if you want B12.
