Re: Question for the experienced ones here

Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the feedback.

I think in part it is due to a major candida healing crisis which I'm currently experiencing and the system is trying to expel all of those yeast toxins. ALL I have eaten in the past 5 weeks are vegetables and occasionally some fish. The only drink I have is pure water. That's why I'm so frustrated.

Yes, I've never tried an enema. I could attempt that. the reason I'm really stubborn about any intervention is because 3 years ago I was addicted to laxitives for a year (Senna tablets) and I think this is in part what got me to where I am now, health-wise. It was a bad move on my part and this is a natural consequence of that. So I hesitate to do anything other than let my body do its thing...... except this time around it really doesn't seem to be working!!!

And combined with the healing crisis of the candida dying off (major fatigue, dizziness) the fast is very difficult. I have been fasting for almost 40 hours at the moment and wanted to go for 7 days... to be honest, I can barely stand up (I'm young and thin and fit, by the way!!) - I don't know how to continue. Yesterday I went for a long walk with my family and could barely put one foot in front of the other. I know it's toxic build-up in my system... whatever. I guess I have to just wait it out. Arg.

Should I continue this fast or wait until my body is not in such a state of disarray?
