Hello!
This is my first post so a bit of an intro...
I lost a ton of weight from fasting and kept it off for a couple years.
So now I am ready to take those last few
pounds off. Two things were a problem this time:
1. At my new lower healthier weight the
pounds just didnt come off like they used to when I was overweight on the BMI scale.
2. At my healthy weight my body seem really sensitive to fasting. I get washed out a lot easier and find myself VERY hungry. Enough that I usually dont want to stay on the fast and end up eating and ruining it all. Even sometimes eating the wrong stuff and feeling sick because of it. (junky food)
So I tried calorie counting...But conventional methods take too long for loss at my current weight. So its like...ehh....I quit that too. Plus 1200 everyday can make a person feel run down.

And on the low calories days I am just juice fasting. Or water if I can handle it.
I already lost 9
pounds this week!

Anyway...I had to share that with you guys.
I thought it would be helpful to those who are having issues sticking to long fasts or just want to try something different.
I will be blogging my journey on it.
I just wondered if anyone else out there wanted in on this method.
