Hollith, have you tried eating some protein first thing in the morning and any time you are feeling that weak feeling? I used to have hypoglycemia and it's much better. I eat alternative grains that are high in protein, like buckwheat and quinoa, they stick to your ribs and aren't what some consider bad carbs. I add some walnuts and ground flax seeds and make waffles topped with coconut oil. For a quick protein source, you could scramble a couple of eggs. No carbs is a tough way to go. You might want to try some protein, any source of Sugar will give you a rush, but bring you crashing down.
