A problem I've found is that I am ALWAYS surrounded by food. I dont feel as hungry now, so I hope it going away.
And yeah I understand that it's about what I do after I lose the weight that is important. I just found out that my mom might have diabetis and apparantly my grandmother had it too. So I definitly need to change my diet since there's a chance that I might get it.
