Hello again. Sorry if my post seemed very repetitive. I suppose I should have proofread. Oh well. I wanted to tell you as well that cutting things up really small works wonders on kids. I put everything in my salads through a food processor and my 2 and 3 year olds have no problem with them. Also, blending soups can be a good way to sneak veggies in. All you need is a blender, or what works great is a hand held blender. Just blend your nutrient rich soups up, and your kids will eat them better.
