I went through the archives of both forums, and I found one guy who went from 0 to 50 mg's a day who started coughing up green gorp, and thought his thyroid gland was swollen. So he quit taking it for a while, and got better.
I've had a rough time on iodine, I'm still at a low level, and it's going to take me a lot longer than someone else, but if I took 50 mgs, I'd probably do more than cough up green gorp! I think it's a useful detox protocol, because of my history, its just going to take me quite a bit longer than someone else, but who cares? I'll get there eventually.
People who react, back off.
I'm not sure of why there is so much contraversy on the cure zone, it's been very helpful to me, and I appreciate it more than I can say. I was just hung out to dry by myself in wierd land until I found the cure zone, and figured out how to deal with the parsites- and found out I was far from the ONLY one. When there is so much opposition to natural healing, it would be smarter if people got along a little better, but then there is always a rotten apple. I guess it's just human nature, sorry to say.
