Hi Luke, yes social phobia can ruin your life. You have youth on your side however. And there is so much more out there to help, more than when i was your age.
What has been working for me is Seredyn. Been using it for about 6 months as needed. Also try magnesium taurate, b vits, especially b3, niacinamide, l-theanine. Some of these are in Seredyn anyway. I'm experimenting taking some of the ingredients seperately and adding other stuff.
I'm off on my hols, so it will be a great test for Seredyn. Will let you know how i coped. I'll probably take it daily, maybe maximum dose.
If you take on empty stomach it works in 15 minutes and lasts most of the day. I take 3, if i have to do something where i don't feel able to cope. It really calms you down, well it does for me anyway, might be worth a try.
