Re: Day 4 update :)
bella lucia,
not necessarily.
Intense symptoms come with detox, and the worse the toxemia, the worse these symptoms usually are: especially within the first 3 to 6 days.
Day 4 is quite early, but at this stage if you have not had the experience of headaches and a coated tongue, then that is a good sign of an already lowered state of toxemia.
My own view is that you will grow in strength (up to a point) and have greater clarity of mind, with that all-over "good to be alive feeling" as your body is now concentrating its work on healing, and where detoxing is taking a back seat but still continuing nevertheless.
It is my experience, that with a lowered state of toxemia from your previous fast, the work of the body is concentrating on this healing side, while detoxing to a lesser extent, because of less detoxing for the body to do.
Your skin is now on the healing side, rather than mainly on the detoxing side, and as the fast progresses you should see a clearing of the skin begin to take place as the fast continues.
Warm Regards
