thanks for your kind words of support! that's terrific that you were able to enjoy preparing food! i'll have to hold you as my inspiration now because it's still causing me difficulty... though not enough to make me give up :) i'm glad your recent fast has helped you get "back on track" in terms of healthy food for your family too :) does your family eat what you give them regardless, or are they picky? my daughter eats mostly healthy because i wouldn't have it any other way, but there are some things that she really really loves (like ice cream) that i still reluctantly give her. i feel bad, but at the same time i don't want to deprive her of the fun of being a kid and having treats. i've tried giving her "raw" ice cream (frozen bananas done in the blender with a bit of cocoa powder) but she won't eat it. all she wants is really bad kind!
