Thank you so much Chris and Andrew, i will definately use all look into and probably use all the resources offerd on this thread. The information that has been offered is exptremely helpful. I will definately follow those guidlines, that are offered chris, and i will take the garlic regularly as was advised earlier, the pill form sounds easier but I will also see try to swallow whole garlic,...as well as contact an online coach if its free? I dont have a credit card..if not I will find a way to get support...but this has been very informative thank you all so much, and I will follow up...especially when I begin my fast...I am so going to heal this...and I think that naturopath may support me as she was the one who advised me to not get the Antibiotics and make an appointment with her. So I think I am heading in the right direction. The most important thing here, is that there are many different remedies, and I am going to probably combine as much as possible, as well as well as adopt the most healing diet for this issue...and continue to maximize healing through fasting
