one more thing! If you guys are close to somewhere you can go for mild hikes, or walks to get the blood circulating that might be nice also, just to be in nature is SOOOO Good for the Mind, I find when I can go hiking at least once a week, in the forests of BC then I feel so grounded and refreshed and able to take on the week. It helps alot!
Also, long baths helped me, and frequent short walks in the neighborhood.
