In answer to the questions of what Ihave been eating I have been eating a mixture of cooked and raw veggies, and fruit. And today I broke and I had an egg....I have just had this craving for protein, I am not sure why. But I am not going to beat myself up over it anymore. I have too many other things to think about.

I am going to do the fast again for sure. As If it healed my candida, then it can heal other things too...But I geuss I was not sure if I should take the Antibiotics , and then do the fast, or not take the Antibiotics at all.

This infection also explains why I feel so sick with even drinking lemon water in the morning. And I have always felt sick when i ate for as long as I can remember!

So I will go to my naturo path but she is against the fasting, however, I will let her know that i am going to fast anyways, and see if she can moniter me, despite her views. But I would love to see if the fast could heal this!!i will follow up on Friday! Tweet
